Why we blog or read blogs?

I mentioned before in one of this dusty post on why some people like us blogs or read blogs. Doodah didn’t understand why his youngsters are doing that. Previously i said that it’s just a site to put down pent up emotions into words, it is a healthy way to cope with stress, and learn to be creative in writing. I don’t deny being a Nosy-Jane in other words “KePoh” since i’m a blog reader, i do learn stuff on reading blogs be it about other people’s daily life, experiences, thoughts, emotions, gain perspective, and relate my own pass situation to the ones i’m reading.

Blogs alike books are windows to the outside world Photoblogging makes things more interesting because what is describe is in pictures, there’s no need to use imagination.

Anyway, i realize i’ve gone rusty on adjectives and thorough details. To save me from brain-vocab-infarct i’ll introduce the few reads i enjoy on the blogsphere. Some may not like the reads i’m reccomending because they mind are just not open for it, well there’s the X icon at the right corner of your page k.

Last but not least, if anyone in dire for ideas to go crazy, out and about, then you got to read this! I’m utterly stunned and marveling at such guts these boys have! Hamlet’s Hero wanted to be stand out in life and he did what he could to catch the attention of the Nuffnangs!! By the way, my facination for Gerard Butler’s character Leonidas, totally went down the drain!

Gallivanting

I’ve been doing lots of going up and down on getting back to socialising (hehe) and doing work. I can’t believe i have more work outside of academics boundaries. Sigh~ There are moments i wish it was exam period!

My schedule is back to classes, Thesis exploration, plucking hibiscus, and two more new additions: participating in the preparation for Social service and the Malaysian Society trip to Bale Kambang! I’ll be clad in the same clothes from day til night.

Rats came injected with Alloxan to induce Diabetes in it the dosage was 4omg on five below 200g rats, all died within 3 days! Dosage was too high. Then Wednesday, we tried too different dosages and inject four rats and checked it out yesterday. One died not too long that day, the other 3 survive but only one was succesfully induced Diabetes. OH man, it feels like i am paying money for rats to die! Well this is an exploration process which is needed to spent on Rp35k/rat.

Manage to visit those new houses that my friends shifted to! Aaahh… the company was good! I had good time catching up with many people.

Speaking of gallivanting, i did, we did!

Oohh, it was a big group and we had the whole upstairs to ourselves! Groove our beat out! I had fun in the end with the best party people though i was a lil’ reluctant for a bit because i was thinking of some unfinish work i got to do.

We dress to our nines and Nad the mamasita was most gracious that night!

At the end of the fiesta, we bummed at the nearest McKers for some chow time! Spending the remainder hours there in good humour and high spirits!

Sunday just came too soon. Caught a few hours of sleep and was getting ready to Miss K and the gang’s house for lunch!! haha! So nice to have people cooking especially for you ! Unlike some that takes you as a garbage bin. Wokay, sense the resentment there? Well that’s another thing i don’t want to elaborate

We went room hopping! Exchanging ghost stories and sharing funny moments!
Later that evening, they made tea, fried fish keropok and serve cookies as well! Too well fed i tell ya.

This is their attic where the bicycle sound was heard at the witching hour a few days ago!
Attic is kinda like a secret hiding spot, since the entrance to it is one small window size. It will be the perfect secret hideout for them to escape assassins.

I-wants Wishlist 2009

Last year a bossom friend told me it was very hard to get something for me… (i’m picky) told me to create a wishlist. Here’s one

1. A set of cosmetics- MAC, Bobbi Brown, Benefit
i’ve run out of the essentials. *hints hints to Dad*

2. Hat- not just any hat but like this! The ones that reminds me back in the 70ties type

I’ve worn this out! I wear tear it to it’s near-to-dying condition, though i think a lil mending here there can prim it up to some use, worst case scenario i will throw it at a stray dog but since there are no dogs in Jawa i will throw it to the CATS here!! By the way, i loath cats- reasons click unexpected greeting and kuching yang banyak songeh.

Resting is very important. I had the best NREM (non rapid eye movement) Nap ever for this Semester! Thanks to the pouring rain and the happily filled stomach *humming peacefully*

I think I just pissed someone of internally this morning! hahaha… omg.. i still have the knack to do that! Makes me wonder whether that person is still going to talk to me because i was ignore the whole day and i’m fine with it. More than fine actually =) Cholerics both we are and needn’t get upset over this matter, when all i did was to pose a sarcastic comment. We’re both young adults but what amuses me was that person had to phrase, “your friends is the one that make the most complain”. Uh-huh… my friend =) true enough my friend and i are close but that person could just mention the name instead of phrasing it like that. That person is my friend too. The word “your friend” as referrence can be degradatory when phrase it like that.

It is so not fine when anyone decides to protect them self and blames a few more innocent people into a situation that they make the most racket on. Actions always speaks louder than words. Just own up for what you did, there’s no need to play passing the parcel. I for one can pin-point out who were the ones who were keeping their silence on that matter of the incident and can point out those who are like-minded as well. How dare you try pulling me into this and start using words such as “your friend”?

On a bimbotic note:
I think Taylor Swift has the nicest curls ever!!

I want curls like that the next time. Shouldn’t have done half a permed head, i rather like my first permed hair. I so need a hair cut, and here won’t do! I don’t want to get my hair “catok”- temporarily straighten for a while in order to cut my hair >.<

Despite in midst of busy madness of exams, exams, exams, and more EXAMS( next week)… the yearly Dekan Cup which was yesterday did go on as usual and this year it was the better compared to last year OMG… So Surreal Dekan Cup 07

This time thankfully i didn’t have to wear any traditional clothes for any performance, i’m tired of wearing the same thing? =p just like Uni’s Culture Event

I got to say i love my classmates for doing all this gotong-royong work together at 6am in the morning! Because of them the stall was Fantastic since they have all the creative brain!

I Swear to you it is utterly GIRL POWER! There is only 9 boys in my bacth and they are all so un-helpful, not one of them came to offer some brawn!

We got all 3 races clothing up for show Actually it was tactical to save us time and take up place to decorate the wall =p

I’ve you listen to Yogi B’s song on ‘all about the money’, he sang it with his band which i forgot the name. They are a group anymore but Yogi B is doing very well with rapping and singing Indian songs in Malaysia and in India too! Woot! Point Blanc was one of the ex-group member, he is the one who made IPOH famous with his hit song ‘Ipoh Mali”.

We took all the pictures from last years Visit Malaysia 2007 and put it for presentation. The picture of ayam percik and Satay Kajang got us all salivating there at one point.
