My First Time Steaming Fish

Senangin fish does taste as good when steam than fry.

Mom was planning on frying fish for

dinner that night. My hands were feeling rather restless and itchy, so

i took one of her fish and experiment with it!

(this is the case of watching too many episodes of Naked Chef*

Cut some ginger, garlic, a bit of honey and rice wine… tada… *bluek* Doesn’ttaste good. Should have steamed fish for 15 minutes only.

The fishy smell of the fish was rather heavy…i could not finish it until mommy suggested to me to add a few drops of sesame oil. It tasted better after that. Should not have put the honey at all,made the dish too sweet!
