Bubur Lambuk made by Ika

Taste really good! Although ‘it is a tad saltier than it should be’, claims Ika. REally nice of her =) Actually i’ve seen this dish around in Malaysia (only) during the Ramadhan month. I wonder why only then you get food such as bubur Lambuk, ayam percik… etc selling then. Sigh!

According to Ika it is famous in Kota Bharu. That i don’t know… hehehe. Will try to find bubur Lambuk if i can when i get back =)
