Sweetness
is to the eye to see two person holding hands, leaning close to each other whispering words of love.

Sourness
is to the mouth to see the one you never had holding hands with another, leaning close to each other whispering words of love.

Saltiness
are the tears that rolls down the face for you are not the ‘another’ being at close proximity to the person you likes and whispering words of love.

Bitterness
is to the heart to know that you will never find out how is it like to be at close proximity to the person you liked and whispering words of love.

Umami-ness
is the other flavors in life which is made up from the essence of family, friends and the little happiness that comes in tiny frequent package in everyday life.

Generally we know that there are 4 types of taste we can tell apart with our tongue, but there’s a new one found out by scientist recently (actualli don’t know how recent it is but recent enough because i just know about this) which is UMAMI(savoury). Sub-Modality of Umami are Glutamate, Aspartate, Monosodium Glutamate(MSG) and etc. So now our taste buds can recognise amino acids!
